The Lavendar bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable mattress. Brenda is so down to earth and easy to talk with and we felt very comfortable and welcomed into her home. Breakfast was yummy--especially the apple crisp in cute little iron skillets! What a special touch! We would definitely stay there again!
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The location of the hotel was good, and the room was clean and quiet. All the appliances and facilities worked well. The beds were comfortable, and the linens & toiletries good. The internet worked well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
We did not get to try the buffet in the hotel as we had to move hotels due to no running water. The water issue was not the hotel’s fault as a sink hole developed in the parking lot and filled with water. The fact that someone else’s hair was in the tub and bathroom is their fault. The room was hot and dark when we walked in; not inviting at all.
