The location of the accommodation was superb, offering both convenience and a lovely setting to explore the area.
The property itself was extremely comfortable and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could need for a pleasant stay. One of the standout features was the excellent breakfast provided by the host. It was not only delicious but also a great start to the day.
Wilhelmina was the perfect hostess, exuding warmth and hospitality throughout my stay. Her stories about her intriguing life added a personal touch to the experience, making it all the more memorable.

The hotel was quiet and in a great location on the edge of downtown Denver.
We received a complementary beer in the bar which was an unexpected and appreciated bonus. The breakfast which was included was also great.

Doc and Judith, together with their pet dogs, the Golden Doodles Lucy and Wilson, were wonderful hosts who were available with patience and warm hospitality, especially at breakfast, for all questions about life, but also about Denver, Colorado or other important questions for guests.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The location was very close to Red Rocks, which was a plus. The restaurants down the street Morris & Mae were great and had lots of food options and the drink list was also top-notch. The room was clean and quiet. They got us an early check-in which was much appreciated after traveling overnight to get there. The reception staff was great.
Great standard hotel, 20min from dowtown Denver, and 10min from Red Rocks Park. Free parking lot in front of the hotel, really quiet neighbourhood, simply great!
This property was a great location just outside of Denver. Parking was easy and free. Staff were very helpful and gave some good local recommendations. microwave in common area was great to heat meals bought from local whole foods. Laundry was cheap and very convenient.
