Our third year in a row. Says it all! Excellent location. Less than 15 minutes walk to the Old Town along quiet roads, yet only a block from one of the main arteries in/out of the city. Easy drive (or walk) to the City Park. An alternative in-door swimming pool only 5 minutes from the front door.
Stylish boutique hotel in centre of town, comfortable bed and nice restaurant downstairs. Bonus of a guest laundry on our floor - do your own instead of a huge bill!
Lovingly cared for home w many personal touches. Very comfortable furniture. It was everything we needed it to be and more. Great location on a very quiet street. I crazily left my winter coats behind in his hall closet and he graciously mailed them to me in record time. Our Host went above and beyond!
We come back almost every year because we love this American standard and we have friends in Fort Collins. It's not a first class facility but charming and quiet and just nice. Spacious rooms, clean, nice continental breakfast with an awesome new pancakes maker which every guest just loved ;)
We are already regular guests and definitely will return if we can afford it. We are used to the location and everything feels familiar. I'd rate it ten if they'd fix some issues.
Very comfortable surroundings while also feeling private. Beautiful common areas and easy to relax any time of day. Use of kitchen was very convenient. Balcony was a nice outdoor private space. The room was nice and quiet from the rest of house and the beds were very comfortable.
