Half of the apartment was lovely -- the family room area, the main bedroom and the bathroom. I think this was probably part of the original finished basement. The location was great for us, as we really wanted/needed to be in Burke and there are no hotels there.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities. They also provide a lot of amenities such as toothpaste, toothbrush, free laundry machines, and useful maps for the city. Located right at the heart of the DC party neighbourhood, but away from the national mall. Weekends can be noisy throughout the night. I enjoyed my stay and plan to be back next time I am in DC.

Swan House is very pretty and clean. Staff were super friendly and mostly accommodating. The pool was a nice surprise (although water was chilly).

Friendly and honest receptionists. Clean rooms ( slightly dated but CLEAN), clean and daily maintained swimming pool. Fairly good selection for breakfast. Quiet area and not too far from shops etc.
The hostess was absolutely amazing and ensred we were comfortable during our stay. The location was perfect. Many restaurants were walking location from the Bed and Breakfast allowing us to park the car and enjoy the town. Highly recommend this location.
Overall, I liked everything about the hotel. It’s a clean hotel and great location. Also, the staff were very nice and provided excellent customer service.
Checkin was smooth and the front desk staff made it clear they were available to help. I took dinner to go from the restaurant. The room was comfortable. The hotel is in a great location if you also love shopping during work trips.
