Pros:
1. Great staff, very attentive and kind. I appreciated all the communication and texts. Wish though their online system wasn't so confusing. When they reply to your messages, you apparently have to scroll all the way down to read it. A lot of the message at the beginning is filled with so much general information, I didn't notice they had replied to my personal messages until I was done with the trip. Loved that the cleaning lady left me some bath salts to try, it was very kind of her.
2. Location was great, very convenient and close to everything, yet very quiet which I prefer.
3. Enjoyed my view of the mountains and the terrace.
4. The room and bathroom are quite big and spacious.

Good proximity to Sedona without the high pricing.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
The Sunshine House Is a remarkable location for those wanting to visit Sedona and not be overwhelmed by the masses and prices of the town itself. We were looking for seclusion and quiet with easy access to the surrounding area. Bingo! We were hoping for cleanliness and comfort. Bingo! To adequately describe how perfect this house is would take way too much space on this page. If you have a large group or family [4-8] do not look any farther.
It was cheap compared to Sedona.
The restaurant we went to attached to the hotel was really good.
The lady cleaning up the breakfast area was very efficient and it was kept very clean.
Good location for visiting Sedona and red rock area, much cheaper than Sedona itself.
Decent enough room for the price. Nice to have breakfast included. The lady helping at breakfast was great, couldn't do enough for you.
Accommodation was spacious and well appointed, and met our request for a quiet room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally located, very close to several excellent restaurants, various unique stores and attractions. The breakfast venue was very good, with a wide choice to which we applied our breakfast vouchers from the hotel.
The accommodation was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed in our unit. It was very quiet and peaceful, and a great location for hikes in south Sedona. The staff were helpful and friendly.
I cannot fault anything about this place, and the prices were very reasonable too.
We'll definitely stay here again!
