Loved everything about this great boutique hotel ... great friendly staff, awesome views, breakfast service, cozy spacious atmosphere, high-quality furnishings and fixtures, it's all we wanted and more. Easy walk to the North End and nearby wharves, quick Lyfts to some of our old favorites on Boston's chilly November nights. This will be our new go-to place whenever we're in Boston, usually one or twice a year.

The continental breakfast was surprisingly good. Just stay away from the croissants. They are very stale and even after toasting, they are still not good. But I enjoyed eggs and everything else I tried.

One bathroom. Having to share with other people. Was not able to take a shower, pee, or brush my teeth without someone in the bathroom. One person spent most of the morning on there and we had to leave to go pee.

The hotel has a great location in downtown Boston, close to everything. It is at a walking distance from the South train station, and 15 min by taxi from the airport. Diana and Danny from the reception were great and very helpful. Having free water bottles available in the hotel corridors (and coffee in the lobby) was very convenient. The Elephant & Castle pub connected to the hotel is a good option for breakfast. The AC was very good and quiet.
I liked that the reception staff were very friendly and helpful if we had any issues.. Our kitchenette suite 418 was quiet, clean and private and accommodated 4 adults adequately. AC was good. Free water bottles available and cool drinking water. Regular coffee in foyer reception was a bonus and was regularly kept tidy .Central for so many tourist sites. Coffee shops just across the road. Perfect spot.
The apartment is close to the city center, in a very good position. It was clean and comfortable, the owners were friendly and helpful. Moreover, the apartment was one of the cheapest that I found close to the city center for my period.
Everything was according to expectations and I recommend it for your trip to Boston.
Very quiet. We stayed in atrium facing room. We could open the windoe and not get any street noise. Very nice bathroom. Great location. Cheaper than other hotels. Local coffee shop Bean Leaf Cafe was excellent.
Great location and comfy bed. Also water, cookies and apples every day! Quiet location despite being next to an intersection. Beacon hill at your doorstep. Charles street has great boutiques. Love how you’re next to the esplanade.
great, fun vibe, enjoyed the bar downstairs
comfortable, clean, quiet room, very nice staff, easy check in/out
great location and decent value - not cheap, but good relative to other options in Boston
