If you are looking for a quiet and family-friendly place to stay in Kisoro, Agape house is the place for you! Andrew and his parents welcomed us as if we were part of the family, they even let us eat with them in the evening and cooked us an excellent dinner with local products. They also recommended different activities for the day and Andrew is really helpful if you need a hand with transport or to organise some activities. In short, loving family and quiet and clean place. Thank you very much for everything!

Great location for one of the gates. Unfortunately for us the gorillas had moved so we had to drive 40 mins to the other gate.

Great location just outside the Ndebeko Gate of Mghahinga Park. Lovely staff and good local food, they also provided breakfast early before the hikes and a packed lunch if needed on a hike.

The Hotel staff was absolutely charming and the owner, Evan, did all his possible to help us. From the activities in Kisoro to finding transportation to Kampala, or having meals despite the power cuts. Besides, the rooms were comfortable and likely. Breakfast was almost very appreciated.

This lodge is situated absolutely beautiful at the border of the rainforest. You can observe a lot of birds and other animals directly from the patio of the quiet located and separated appartements in the forest. The lovely staff was very friendly and courteous. Best banana pancakes for breakfast we've ever eaten. We stayed 3 nights and it was one of the best accomodations we had on our roadtrip in Uganda. For nature lovers it is the best choice in the Rushaga sector. Just 15 minutes drive to the UWA-gate for the gorilla trekking.

Fantastic stay located in the centre of Kisoro. The rooms were comfortable and spacious with private en-suite shower room. There was a relaxing shared living room perfect for winding down after a long day of hiking and the food and breakfast was excellent. Ivan the host is one of the nicest people you'll meet, always on hand to assist with advice or organising tours (We did the Bwidni Forest). He even walked me to the night bus to Kampala to put the icing on the cake! Overall amazing stay and would highly recommend!
