The location, facilities, views, food were all exemplary! Unfortunately, flight delays left us with a 3am arrival, but, after pleading, the manager allowed us a few hours of extra sleep with a late check out. Much needed and much appreciated. The air conditioning was fantastic! Breakfast buffet was A+++

It was my second town in Stone Town, and went back to Balcony House without hesitation. :) The room and the house is very clean, I love the balcony, the breakfast is nice and the team is incredibly helpful.

Useful property close to the airport- a 5 min taxi or a 20 min walk. Basic but has all you need. Location is residential Zanzibar so don't expect luxury or lovely easy access! Fully functional, good Wifi. Useful if you have a late or early flight.
Good place, quiet an comfortable, very close to the airport. It's even at walking distance (around 1km or so), although as I arrived late in the night, took their transportation service. Breakfast was also good.
