Best value for money you can get in Zanzibar! We know the island very well and never stayed in a place that offers so much for the price they are charging. The property is well looked after, nice pool and outdoor space, a shared kitchen and sitting area. You can enjoy a cold drink from the cute little bar next to the pool. Room is clean. Location is near to the beach, but not noisy at night because Bwwjuu is local place and there are few tourists.

A fabulous little hotel just back from the beach with a lovely restaurant with ocean views. The swimming pool was perfect or it was a short walk to the beach for a dip. There is a also a bar on the beach for drinks and this part of the island has huge sweeping beaches that were so quite and tranquil - perfect for a morning stroll. It felt very safe and the staff were all wonderful, esecially Aliya who helped out with suggestions, restaurant bookings and taxis.

The best stay in Zanzibar. The place is so beautiful, words can't even describe it. The staff are so kind and friendly too. It's located on the most stunning beach too. They have really good and strong wifi. The food is also really good. They have an excursion consultant on site too. The people and the chef are very cool and helpful. They have really good sunbeds with shades. The villas are clean and well maintained. 100% RECOMMEND. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and can't wait to be back

Villa Kiota is a gem of a boutique hotel a short walk from the beach. The breakfast was great and included local fruit, fresh juice and lots of healthy and/or filling options. My partner especially liked the fresh bread with guacamole and cheese. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped us plan tours, arrive at the right locations, and find a post office box for our postcards. Also, there are numerous great restaurants within a few minutes' walk on the beach.
This hotel is an incredible value for all it has to offer.

Close to the beach and beach restaurants. Hans and Lisa are great hosts. They are supported by friendly and helpful staff. You feel here like at home! Highly recommended.
Loved everything. Very intimate and quiet accommodation you hardly ever see other quests. The private pool, gorgeously decorated rooms. The service from staff, IMPECCABLE. The food *chefs kiss*, loved that they catered for us when we told them we missed having pap from home. Perfect for couples, family or a group of friends. Very clean beach as well. Only stayed for two night wish we stayed for more but definitely coming back with my family. What a hidden gem!

A perfect accommodation for everyone, who looks for a relaxing place on Zanzibar! Great hosts who really make you feel at home, great place (lovely rooms including mosquito nets over the bed, fireplace, beautiful garden), great location (almost any place on the east coast can be visited for a day trip), quiet beach within 5 minutes walking distance, great breakfast (fruits grown in the own garden + local fresh bread + tee/coffee + fresh juice) - just great. We extended our stay and would even have extended further but holidays were over.

Great location on the beach, with fenced-off private area with shade trees and comfortable sunbeds. It was lovely to be able to relax without being pestered by the local beach sellers. The small pool was very refreshing and got plenty of use! Pleasant breakfast with fresh fruit, cereal, eggs, pancakes etc.
