Well located near the train and bus stations in Shuili. Quite old but clean. Room was quiet as on the back side. Chair and table to write or use my laptop in the room. Room with bathroom large enough.
owners very polite couple. If you are a backpacker it is a much cheaper alternative to overnight there rather than on the shore of the sun moon lake that you can reach easily by bus. Bus stop is located 200 - 300 m from the hotel in the same street. For the price that you pay and having read the comments by the owner before booking, it is acceptable.
I arrived in the morning, doors were closed and I just left my bag next to the entrance door - there is a canopy - . When I came back around 5 pm the owner had stored my bag inside.

This property is quite near the train station, but during the train track is broken, the train company provide a shuttle bus from Shuili station to the Jiji station.

日月潭 Yong Guan is located in Yuchi. Free WiFi access is available. Taichung Airport is 93 km away. Dark wooden furniture bring the feeling of sedate and calm.

Breakfast was excellent with special new year treats provided. Staff were very helpful in transporting us to local destinations. The location was very quiet and peaceful compared with the crazy bustle of the main Sunmoonlake areas.

Clean, new, and spacious rooms. It is a quiet location slightly outside of the main town area but easily reachable on foot from the bus stops. Breakfast was also good with a vegetarian option. The staff was nice and helpful.
The best hotel we had in Taiwan. Room spacious and bright, perfect bathroom and fancy toilet. Large windows, good smell, wonderful bed, quiet.... Everything perfect and brand new. We loved it after our hard hike.
I like the comfortable and quiet environment , this hotel has a big yard, the room is also nice, the bed is comfy , the shower power is great! I had a great night sleeping there! I will definitely stay there again when I go to Shuili or Jiji!
