It's name Bay Villa Hall is a misleading. Through it's window, there is low bay can be seen.
It is a cheap stay, but with an above average price tag. My best evaluation is a two-star stay. Comparing with the HaiFu Garden Hotel in the same area, HaiFu is a much better place with lower price.

This was a wonderful place to stay; our host provided incredible local specialties for breakfast along with great coffee. He even went above and beyond the call of duty to take us into town to get something to eat after we arrived late in the evening our first night; he was also very knowledgeable about things to do if you’re looking to round out your trip. It was great to stay in a beautifully restored and well appointed Southern Min style house, quite close to the bus line into Jincheng. I would definitely recommend a staying here if you’re looking to visit Kinmen.

The host family was super friendly and welcoming! The bed at the upper deck was comfy (compared to the lower deck beds). Walking distance to the old street which has plenty of good food.
