When we arrived they provided us lunch at our request. They seemed to really enjoy making us feel welcome and the evening we spent at Mountain Palace was exactly what we wanted and needed!

Pool .. good esp clock available, water was not cold, not deep so good for children who knows basic swimming, toilet and face basin a plus nearby,
Breakfast… good enough for adults, abit lacking for children as simple milo / chocolate not available.
Room has iron and hair dryer a plus.
Ample amt of electrical outlets for charging in room.
Went for rest and place was quiet so that was a plus.
Breakfast was minimal at best - very limited. The toaster is either very slow performing is in need of immediate repair. The "fresh fruits" were not fresh.
The Hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. Bedroom was spacious and clean. Location quiet and private. They had a very classy pool/bar/restaurant area.
