I accidentally booked the hotel thinking it includes the breakfast. I realised upon receiving booking confirmation that there is no breakfast included in the price and as per cancellation policy received from booking.com there was no refund of the booked amount. We let it go thinking we will pay additional for the breakfast at the hotel facility. There was no reception, no breakfast facility at the hotel.
We were disappointed same time when we entered the hotel. It was pathetic. We paid higher price compared to the price in adjuscent hotel which was having axcellent facilities, separate dining area for each room, breakfast and dinner inclusions, guest attendant, etc.
Would suggest to refrain from booking at this hotel.
Lot of time wasted with the one and only Manager in this facility in communication as he was not able to communicate in English and we had to communicate everything with the help of translation applications.

The hotel is beautiful, its clean and has an amazing bathroom and very spacious room. The owner was lovely and very friendly. She made us breakfast and helped us when needed. The hotel is in Urgup so a little out of the way but peaceful and all the tours offer pick up at this location anyway. The little town is a short walk and full of shops, restaurants and cafes without all the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend this place!

Breakfast was a huge spread, included a variety of freshly baked cookies, bread, pasta, and cheese, traditional turkish stuff and the view from the terrace was lovely!! I loved the terrace seating on the 2nd floor, beautiful view of the sunrise and fairy chimneys with the balloons taking off.

Shiraz cave was an excellent experience. The hotel owner’s graciously upgraded our room to the biggest room. The complimentary breakfast we received was excellent. Hotel staff were very accommodating and very friendly.

The breakfast was great and the ability to put on a three-course dinner for us for 15 euros each at short notice was much appreciated. We stayed in a deluxe king room with spa and it was brilliant. A fantastically well-appointed luxury hotel. Great value for money, and very quiet and peaceful compared to Goreme. It felt like we were staying in a castle.
Since its location is in the centre of Urgup, you can easily walk everywhere in Urgup city centre.Although the breakfast should be as it should be in a boutique hotel, you should not expect too much.It is a boutique hotel where the employees are extremely polite.
Cosy hotel, close to Urgup town centre. Rooms were large and warm enough with working TV and cave hotel-like features, and extra bed provided for son. Slippers provided too. Bathroom was large with jacuzzi, which worked well - my son lived it. Breakfast spread was good, with fries, etc, cooked fresh, and provided in room with a view. Staff were friendly and organised a taxi at short notice for us - turned out to be a "luxury" vehicle with a price to match. Located in quiet area, five mins walk from town centre.
A very beautiful authentic hotel,our suite was very confortable, very clean and quiet. Because it was our honeymoon, the staff surprised us in a very pleasant way by decorating the the room with balloons and flowers petals and tasty fresh fruits. The breakfast very fresh, tasty,served on a beautiful terace.The staff very kind,polite and helpful. The location is very nice . I strongly recommend !
This charming boutique hotel extends a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home, thanks to the dedicated efforts of the Manager Mr. Ertan, and the main staff member, Ms. İsminaz. The rooms are clean and comfortable, while the breakfast is amazing and also generously portioned.
The house we stayed at was in a quiet little town. We had a car so had the freedom to go where we wanted. Okan is a great host, so friendly and helpful. We even brought friends who stayed in Gorome for Messe at Okan’s place. Will go back!
