It was a wonderful stay. Highly recommend to others looking for a place in Selimiye. Great property right by the beach, it’s a boutique hotel with a few rooms so you get great facilities to yourself. I loved being able to get from my room to the beach in 2 mins. Great view from the balcony also a plus. Food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent. Good variety of breakfast dishes and very fresh seafood. I will come again

The location downtown was great, except that it was not clear where to have a driver drop us off to get through the pedestrian path to the front of the hotel. Very spacious rooms, with large, clean bathrooms. Beds were quite comfortable.

Property is designed by a good taste. It is clean, people who own and work are incredibly helpful. Pool opiton is great and view from the hotel is magnificent. With car it is easy to reach popular areas. I totally recomment it. Thank you for hosting us.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Location was excellent, quiet with beautiful views with an easy walk into town to the restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel is of a really good standard with attention to detail. There are plenty of sunbeds / umbrellas out on the decking/ water platforms, it is a really beautiful terrace to sunbathe or enjoy a drink. Staff at the hotel were very friendly, very helpful and very accommodating. Breakfast is lovely and there is a good, varied menu for lunch and dinner.
It is located at the slopes of Selimiye Town. 15 mins walk from town, yet It has pretty nice view. Rooms are not spacious but enough for 2. Almost each room has a Selimiye bay view. Our sweet host Burak told us there’s honeymoon rooms which are more private and also nice terrace with a view. For our 4 nights of stay, we spent each dinner at the hotel, prepared by a talented chef. Try mutebbel and fırında levrek for sure!! No need to mention great breakfast served with delicious turkish tea.
Wonderful staff and owner who go out of their way to make you feel good. I wouldn't call it a hotel but your own private house with friendly people around you. Extensive Breakfast and served especially for you. Children are very welcome and views with the large clean swimming pool are the highlight. I would like to thank them again for this wonderful experience.
Beautiful location, very quiet and just outside of Selimiye but still close enough to town (a leisurely walk of approx. 15 mins, and in addition the hotel provides a regular shuttle service). Very friendly and attentive owners and staff, great pool with excellent view and the adjacent restaurant is highly recommended for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hope to return to this lovely place one day!

Beautiful sea view from the room, a good breakfast on the veranda. Excellent location of the hotel if it is not a problem to walk a little uphill. The owner Onur helped us in all matters, arranged the private boat trip and transfer at a good price.
