Very friendly family running the place. Food and drink excellent, and extremely good value. Breakfast was included, a very good buffet with lots to choose from. Also, all preserves are home made, and a freshly homebaked cake every day, was much appreciated. Central location, but still has a privacy.

We stayed in this hotel just for one night but wish we could stay more! The rooms are very simple, but they have everything you need: shower, safe and a small fridge. But what I loved the most in this hotel is the view! Omg, the terrace where you can have your breakfast (which is included) is just amazing because hotel is located on the river. Also, I really wanted to mention and to say thanks to the owner who really saved us. We had our plane in like 2 hours and still had to go to another city. He said he will help us and take us there himself because it will be faster than by bus. I was amazed by this hospitality. I totally recommend staying here!

My stay at one of Hasibe's places was fantastic. She was incredibly welcoming, picking me up late at night from the airport, driving me to grab something to eat, and then taking me to the accommodation. The place had everything I needed for my short, one-night stay. The next morning, she offered to prepare a Turkish breakfast for an additional fee, which exceeded my expectations and allowed me to experience a traditional Turkish meal for the first time. Her husband was equally kind, picking me up when Hasibe was at a different location and giving me a lift back to the airport for my onward journey. Hasibe and her husband are warm, genuinely interested people who gave me a wonderful introduction to Turkish hospitality. If I ever fly to Dalaman Airport again, I would definitely stay with her once more.

Staff were amazing. Checked in very late and they were very welcoming, taking our bags up to our room and felt like nothing was too much to ask. Good breakfast and awesome location right in the centre!! They were very kind to keep our bags for the morning until we could get our onward travel.

It is hard to describe a perfect place like this. Even before our arrival, we felt welcomed and well informed. The place itself is not the highly polished tourist trap, it is a garden of warmth and wellbeing. The breakfast is plenty and local. Snacks, cocktails and dinner are just as amazing -- we never felt the need to eat out. Your room is being cleaned without you noticing, the peacocks are quite funny when they walk through the area. All the staff are great to talk to and the owner is a really funny and pleasant guy. All in all ... a clear recommendation! We will be back
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
We enjoyed the private pool in the villa and the location was nice. It is in a nice quiet area away from the town and in the hills. The views are beautiful. The bedrooms are a very good size as well as the bathroom facilities. It is a very clean villa and they come and clean the pool each morning, there are plenty of sunbeds and they have parasols to give some shade.

This high-end haven had everything we needed and was only a 10-minute walk from the heart of Dalyan but still situated in a very desirable and quiet part of the town. The hosts, who own a shop in town, were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. The property is brand new, tastefully decorated with a marble staircase, 3 onsuite bedrooms and a ground floor bedroom with a bathroom next door. Air-conditioning in all rooms.

Fabulous and amazing house in a strategic position to visit all Dalyan area! Very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Valentin has been a great host! We really recommend this place.
If you are visiting Dalyan and want to get away from the massive crowds a bit, staying at the other side of the river is really the way to go. These cute bungalows, run by a small family behind them, are super cozy and well-maintained. Everytime we wanted to cross the river we just gave them a call and someone would always be ready to help us cross. We also did a full-day private boat trip with the son, which was very fun!
Excellent Turkish breakfast, served to table, made to order, home made jam, fresh fruit etc, Puran and Selchuk hosting so helpful, nothing a problem, with exquisite service, and kindness.Great location in centre of Dalyan, close to so much, but beautiful quiet garden and pool, relaxed ambience.
