This guesthouse turned out to be the perfect place for a vacation! Beautifully maintained grounds, a lovely clean pool, cozy and clean rooms, and very tasty breakfasts and dinners. The hotel is run by a very kind and hospitable family. There’s a wonderful garden with beautiful fruits, friendly cats, a dog, and even a little turtle. The value was excellent. Clean rooms, nice outdoor area with tables and hammocks, and parking available. The bungalow is a 5 minute walk from a beautiful beach where you can swim and get dinner.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Breakfast was superb local produce . The view was fantastic. Very friendly owner and staff. Couldn't ask for more. will definitely try to book again when around the Kalkan area.

A Family Pension - owners were very welcoming on arrival . We requested a quiet room and got one albeit room a little small - but an old lovely traditional building so expected. Lovely breakfast served outside. Location was perfect.

First of all, I would like to mention the host, what a lovely lady Olga was. Positive, and each morning, she was expecting us with freshly homemade breakfast with some quality stuff. The villa was absolutely stunning, with an amazing view towards the seaside. Everything was spotless. For sure, we will visit Olga again, but this time for a longer period of time as we left our hearts there.

Thanks to Yavuz and team for the incredible hospitality. We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed every moment. Clean, excellent room facilities (we booked the one on the rooftop with private pool), steps away from the beach, large pool area, easy access to the town (boat or taxi), lovely breakfast. The list goes on.
Overall if you’re looking for a nice and quiet relaxing beach holiday then Greenbeach hotel is the one.
Variety of suites and room styles and it was an adult only hotel. We had the luxury of staying in a private pool room and the penthouse and they were both amazing.
Every member of staff from manager to housekeeping were friendly and helpful. All willing to do that but extra to make sure your stay was that extra bit special. A big shout out to Ismail for his “Edinburgh Shortbread” cocktail. He really made us laugh.
Just returned after a great experience at Caretta hotel. The location is perfect - a quiet and peaceful area but just a 15 minute walk from the city with private access to the sea. What stood out is the hospitality of Mr Murat and his team - they stayed up till 1am for our check in because we were slightly behind schedule and surprised my partner with a beautiful cheesecake on her birthday. 11/10 would recommend!
Fantastic views of Kalkan from the villa. Quiet and private. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you would expect. A high quality villa which is very well maintained.
Excellent breakfast - we love Turkish breakfast .. which is similar to continental breakfast - plenty on offer - your choice of eggs.
The hotel is beautiful - we wanted a boutique hotel and we got one.. we were also upgraded to the suite on the top floor with beautiful views of the sea where you can watch the sunrise and sunset - if you want an excellent hotel in the centre of Kalkan this is the one to stay in!
Very clean, had everything we needed for our 7 night stay. The pool was so lovely and private and the views from the balcony were beautiful. It’s quite a walk from the main town however we discovered quickly it’s only a £3 taxi away. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone with children and a bigger family or for couples who want a luxury week away.

Great location in kalkan old town Quiet quaint and peaceful at start of season in April .Traditional and homely property Cool in the heat .Great attention to detail ie quality bedding furnishings and comfy bed. Great staff and fantastic breakfast Halil (owner )was very entertaining and the ladies who made and served breakfast were lovely.Value for money property.Spent a couple of nights here .Ideal central location for beaches bars and eating out .Kalkan is very hilly so if you don't like too much walking uphill then this is ideal
