At first, we were quite skeptical because the location was in the middle of a quiet residential area, so we didn’t set any expectations. However, as we arrived, from a distance we saw a woman standing in front of the gate, waving at us. We soon realized that she was Naz, the owner, which was a big plus point.
Upon entering the gate, our first impression was just average—nothing special. But as we stepped into the room where we would be staying, WOW! It was far beyond our expectations. We had an entire house, like a bungalow.
Walking through the bungalow's entrance, there was a corridor about 3 meters long leading directly to a large living room combined with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with cooking and dining utensils. There was a large sofa that could also serve as a bed, which was perfect for our family of three—our child could sleep comfortably there. Behind the sofa was the master bedroom, positioned right next to the corridor leading from the bungalow’s entrance. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with a water heater.
When we arrived, we were starving and asked Naz for three eggs to cook with instant noodles we had bought earlier at the supermarket. Naz kindly gave them to us for free.
In the morning, Naz prepared a delightful breakfast, complete with a traditional Turkish spread and delicious börek made by her mother.
Naz is an incredibly hospitable host who takes great care of the property. Adanos was the best choice we made during our stay in Cappadocia, offering exceptional facilities and truly excellent value for money. If you and your family are on a road trip to explore Göreme and the surrounding areas, Adanos Konukevi is the perfect option—just a short 15-minute drive away.

The Room was Ok, however the hospitality of Mr. Ali was amazing, he did his best for our comfort and one of the best hosts.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
My wife and children really enjoyed the stay in the large family room, which has a luxury feel combined what I can only describe as cave (Hobbit feel of all those who like Lord of the rings) architecture feel.
Make sure you use the communal and private outside seating areas, which for me were the highlight just sitting outside late evenings enjoying the cool breeze.
The staff are really nice and friendly. We could always get help from them. The location is nice the city center is only 20 minutes walk. Th room is really spacious and we enjoyed the stay preset much.
Staff is extremely friendly and kind! She helped us book transpiration and actives around the city!
The Turkish breakfast is divine!
The room is extremely beautiful and keeps you cool in the summer heat. You get a little balcony area that is more private, perfect for a night smoke or talk!
As for the location, it is a bit far away from the main city but you can get a bus or taxi for very cheap, so the beauty of the house is totally worth it even with the distance.
I liked it very much!!! The hotel is located in a quiet location, but within a 5-minute walk you can reach the city center, cafes and shops. Clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast, served with love by the hostess. Special thanks to her for the smiling welcome. It is clear that she loves her clients and tries very hard to make their vacation wonderful. Atmospheric place with positive energy.
Nazlim was an amazing host. The stay also had breathtaking views. Although a little far from the city centre there’s a very cheap bus nearby that takes you straight in and is much cheaper than the taxi.
Nazlim helped set up a surprise of champagne and roses whilst I was proposing to my now fiancée on the hot air balloons. She also provided a great recommendation on where to eat some food, we walked there and when it started to rain Nazlim appeared and drove us right to the door.
Sana was a great host, available for any question and with a lot of suggestions and information about the area. The room was big, very comfortable and clean and the location is in Avanos city center, where you have everything at hand by foot. Every attraction in Cappadocia is easily reachable. The breakfast was different every day, complete and tasty. Would repeat and recommend it!

Super clean, comfortable and in great location in the nice city of Avanos, just 10 minutes walk to the city center (the street upon the house that goes along the cemetery is really nice). Nazlim, the host, is very helpful, kind and speaks amazing English. She will do everything to make you feel at home.

It is a gorgeous hotel!! Our room had its own private terrace with grape vines. The bed was so comfy and all the furniture and decorations were beautiful. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was in a great location in the village of avanos. You could see the hot air balloons flying in the morning too! The wifi worked well and the shower was amazing. We stayed here for a few nights and it was so peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed! The breakfast in the morning was delicious and so many options and all the staff are so friendly.
İ had a very nice and comfortable suite. The hospitality and service of Nazlım was really great. Very good breakfast, adapted to my preferences! A very nice, quiet and comfortable place at walking distance from Avanos city centre.
