Wonderful, attentive staff, Ahmed and the beautiful lady that cooked our breakfast every morning (apologies for not asking her name) made our stay in Tunis an unforgettable experience. This traditional house is located just a few minutes walk from the souks, main mosque and other points of interest. It is beautifully decorated and very well taken care of.
We loved the courtyard area and enjoyed our breakfast there every day. We were offered a variety of items, including an omelet, yogurt, freshly baked bread, pastries, fruit platter, juice, coffee and tea.
Our room was spacious for two people, with a comfortable bed, desk/chair, dresser, kettle including teas and bottled water. The bathroom was a good size and clean.
Thanks to Ahmed's suggestion, he called to get us reservations, and we were able to dine at a restaurant in the medina called Essaraya. It was a delightful experience, with the best meal we had while in Tunis (even better than Dar El Jeld), along with great service and traditional music. They even provided a gentleman that escorted us back to our hotel, as walking in the medina at night can be a little difficult to find your way.
We highly recommend a stay at this hotel, we will surely be back

The girls who run the hotel are very friendly and always eager to help. The food is no frills, but very fresh and tasty, there are alcoholic drinks, although at a fairly high price.

This is a good budget hotel. If you're expecting 4-5 stars, it's not for you. It has a great location. Very easy walk into the souk, and is in a peaceful quiet street. The traditional architecture is very pleasant to sleep in. The staff were helpful, we got advice for restaurants and tips of how to get to the airport. The hotel is only a short walk from the taxi street as the road isn't accessible by car. Takes 2mins.
The hotel is located at the heart of the city center in a safe area where everything you need is a few blocks away, from train station to the supermarket, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the price is good, the hotel is very clean, it's also quiet so you can focus on your work in case you were traveling for work.
Amazing cosy apartment. Kais was great host👌 in terms of smooth check-in and preparation of the apartment was exceptional (clean rooms and kitchen had all necessary utensils). The location is walk by to Marsa city center with all cafes, restaurants, shops.
I would recommend this place and sure I like to come back again.
For the price point, this is truly the place to stay in Tunis. Beautiful rooms with great amenities, stunning interiors, nice rooftop terrace and restaurant with yummy breakfast, very central to wandering through the medina. Fresh fruit and chocolates daily. Cannot fault this boutique hotel.

accomodation is very comfortable and clean. It is a private house on the ground floor, hosts are on another floor. nobody bother you. Quiet place, you do not hear traffic. you are really away from the croud. Water, tea in the room. Excellent breakfast prepared on your demand. Internet is fast. Hosts are friendly and helpful, speak good English. My best recommendations.
