The property is simply gorgeous once you're inside the gate with a drop dead beautiful pool and courtyard nestled around just 4 rooms. The staff were all friendly in every interaction. I appreciated the frequent offers of hot water for tea as there was no kettle in the room. It was great being able to use the washer - luckily, we had our own detergent as there was none. Breakfast was served in a lovely room just off the courtyard.

The property is absolutely stunning and located inside the medina. Beautiful rooms and very nice dinner. However - the service is not good. For a hotel at $200 a night, there should be much more attention to service. Upon check out i noticed a beautiful spa and steam room at the end of the pool - something that was never told to us só we missed the opportunity to use this space. The staff would knock and quickly open the door to the room as well - there needs to be much more respect for privacy. Additionally, there was no wifi in the room - only after requesting many times was the wifi resolved at the very end of the day.

A beautiful BnB that's a short walk from everything in Tozeur. Even the local louage station is less than a ten minute walk. Breakfast is served whenever you wake up, whether you're sleeping in or getting up early for a tour. It is a French breakfast, FYI. As others have said, the host is extremely kind and helpful. He doesn't speak English and of course as Americans that's all we know, but still he was determined to understand what we needed. Note: Like a lot of places in Tunisia, they expect payment in cash.
