Dar Hammamet Guest House & Hammam, hotel in Nabeul

A few steps from Hammamet Beaches in Hammamet, Dar Hammamet Guest House & Hammam features accommodations with access to a hammam, spa facilities, and wellness packages.

This hotel is small but the room I stayed in was nice. The staff and especially the ladies who cleaned and made the breakfast were really nice. A friendly and hard working staff is always a plus. However, unlike the staff, the person who manages the hotel was not so nice and actually she was pretty rude. The first day the wifi was not working and I waited in my room for 3 hours while the manager tried to fix it. She eventually gave up trying and asked me to keep waiting because she had called a “professional” who was on their way to come and save the day. The technician (a neighbor who was not a technician) who arrived had no idea what they were doing and the internet was not fixed until late in the evening. So the wifi was not working for my entire first day. And before it fixed the manager told me the problem was my phone, so luckily I tried with my iPad and it didn’t work and I confirmed it was the hotel WiFi On my last day I asked this same lady (the manager) for help with bringing my luggage downstairs and to the parking lot. She would not help me and said I should ask somebody who works with the parking lot and that I need to pay for this kind of help. I asked her why I had to pay for this and she told me it was because the staff was so busy (In front of me, in the lobby, there were 2 ladies who worked with parking sitting down and watching tv). I paid more than $100 per night to stay at this hotel and I think at that rate, there should be some staff available to help guests with their luggage free of charge. Also, since this hotel is in the end of the Medina the gps shows the incorrect location. So it hard for taxis to get here and another guest had to assist me with transportation for leaving because the manager was not willing to help when I asked her.

Villa Phoenicia, hotel in Nabeul

Located in Hammamet, Villa Phenicia is 164 feet from the beach and a 5-minute drive from Hammamet Train Station. It offers free Wi-Fi, a rooftop terrace and a shared living room with a fireplace.

Staying at this villa felt like a true holiday experience in a stunning setting. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, with clean and spacious rooms, a super comfortable bed, and beautiful gardens that contribute to the peaceful atmosphere. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach and close to bars, bistros, and great restaurants. What truly made my stay exceptional was the wonderful host, Sahbi. He went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect, regularly checking in to see if I needed anything and offering thoughtful assistance, such as fantastic restaurant and activity recommendations. The breakfast was a highlight—amazingly creative and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Nice one bedroom flat with a private entry (next to the villa of the owner). Everything was great and well designed in the flat. It is well equipped as well (AC, washing machine, fridge). It matches exactly the description and photos. 3min away by car from an outstanding beach (Jasmine beach) and you can find some restaurants and shops nearby. The owner is very welcoming. I would come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely clean apartment in a quiet area opposite beautiful mosque. Host Azer and his father very welcoming, kind and helpful. Washing machine, outside area for hanging clothes and morning yoga practice overlooking the mosque. Towels provided. WiFi and TV. Bigger than it looked on the pictures. My only suggestion would have been if the outside area had table and chairs to eat outside.

Good value, everything working. Friendly host, neighbourhood is safe, quiet, out of the way. I like that it isn't the centre of Tunis, but a quiet seaside town. Kitchen relatively well stocked and a washing machine. Good WiFi and tv

The service was smooth and very pleasant, and the owner was very flexible and kind. I appreciate the support! The accommodation is well equipped and clean, with comfortable bedding and a quiet and safe neighborhood! The location is accessible to different parts of the city: beaches, markets, cafe shops, and shopping districts. Additionally, there are many taxis that you can get. I highly recommend it. I look forward to my next visit <3 Thank you Residence Sassi!

This hotel offers great value for money. People who complain about the services or looks of the room should put it in perspective; where in the world could you stay directly at the beach in a private and big hotel room with an excellent breakfast for a price offered by this hotel? It is absolutely recommendable. The staff at the reception and the breakfast buffet super friendly!

A traditional quaint little place which has been beautifully restored by the elegant French owner. An unexpected little oasis of calm in a busy area. We were made to feel very welcome, the service is personal. The delicious plentiful breakfast was served wherever we wanted, rooftop, lobby or patio. Imene the housekeeper was available and discreet at the same time. She prepared a fantastic traditional meal for us. To top it all off, the cutest cat who is as friendly as the owner! We loved everything about Dar R'Bat.
