We loved the friendly welcome and personal touch. All the ladies and the cats that work there are very friendly, despite the language barrier as the day staff don't speak much English, and our French was very basic, but the lady in the evening speaks good English.
The hotel is very clean, with a nice roof terrace to enjoy the sun, also a communal sitting room with games. There's use of the kitchen to make your own drinks etc, and the main reception area doubles as a breakfast room, which is a very sociable experience. The breakfast was lovely, with many options from yoghurt, fruit, bread, toast and omelette.
Our room had a juliet balcony, overlooking part of the Souk, it can be a bit noisy in the morning but it didn't bother us, as we decided to stay here to be in the middle of everything. The room was spacious, but the bathroom quite small.
Overall we had a fantastic stay, thankyou for organising the birthday cake 😊 Hope to see you again.

The host is super nice and caring, he recommends a lot of great restaurants to us. The seafood at Restaurant Haroun is super nice and yummy!!
One of the unexpected thing is as we can't call Flash during afternoon peak hour, he even drives us to Houmt Souk downtown and writes us all the details for our easy return when calling taxi afterwards (as he knows we can't speak French/Arabic at all).
It makes us feel be loved and attentive for this stay, we will definitely come back again one day. Thanks a lot for your superb services!

Eric and Amira, the hosts, will go out of their way to make your stay great. The breakfast was immense and delicious. Amira even made us some tunesian snacks to try and Eric took some time to show us the city and gave us many useful hints and tricks which made out last day of our holiday perfect. Dar Nael is a very special place. It is a feast for the eyes and soul - beautifully styled, amazing rooms and a perfect location walking distance to Djerbahood. But what really makes this place is the wonderful family who run it, they'll go above and beyond and the food is delicious, make sure you try the dinner menu.

Beautifully renovated Dar in the heart of Erriadh. Exquisite design details down to the tableware used for the daily breakfast. Gerard the host is extremely accommodating and relaxed. He went out of his way to assist me arranging a day trip as I am not fluent in French and was always available to help if needed. I had a beautiful room right next to the pool and spent some time relaxing in the peace and quiet. The breakfast was amazing and changed daily. Beautiful homemade condiments accompanied every meal. I ate more than I normally do and loved every bite!

A gorgeous villa in the heart of charming Erriadh. Everything was exceptional - the AC worked well (essential in the roasting summer months), comfortable bed, gorgeous décor, rooftop and ground-level social spaces, a clean and inviting pool... I could have stayed much longer had I not had a flight to take home. Breakfast was filling and excellent - didn't need to eat again until dinner. Staff, especially Mouna, kind and helpful. A real gem of a stay.

The house is very spacious, with beautiful decoration and views, perfect for a retreat sort of vacation for a big family or even a group of families and friends. Its location is very private and quiet, away from the center and touristy places, but not completely remote so only 5 kilometres away from the closest center.

We enjoyed our stay at this charming traditional house set in a completely private garden with a pool. There are plenty of cosy spots to lounge around in outdoors and indoors. We appreciated the traditional architectural details, the well-equipped kitchen and the many amenities provided.

Our suite Sultan was amazing, beautiful designed, tastefully furnished, very comfortable, impressing bathroom. The whole hotel is lovely designed and very welcoming, I love the different quiet courtyards, which invite you to rest and enjoy the beauty of life. Staff was very helpful and friendly, we even got a private breakfast in the lobby as we had to leave very early in the morning. We had once dinner in the hotel restaurant, which was delicious.
