The hotel is beautifully maintained, room was very clean. The owner was very helpful and concerned, he upgraded us to a bigger room without extra charge due to the slow season, and helped arranging our trip for visiting the historical site, where we had a wonderful time. The property is nice. The rooms are comfortable and charming. The location, about 2 km from the historical park, and surrounded by the peacefulness of nature is also good. It are the owners that make it exceptional though. This wonderful couple made me feel right at home. Their cheerful attitude was infectious and they were always ready with recommendations or to answer questions. And the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh fruits.
Beautiful location next to ponds. Bird life was prolific and stunning. Extremely quiet. Easy walk in to town centre. Further from historical old town but a much better place to stay as there was lots to do. Excellent breakfast with homemade jam.
Great location, a quiet street just outside of the centre. We had a lovely breakfast on the front porch in the morning. This makes the Pottery House a great starting point for exploring Sukhothai.
Old Town Boutique House is in a quiet location very close to the Sukhothai Historic Park. The room is quite a reasonable size, the bed was firm but comfortable. Facilities are fairly basic but very functional and with touches of Thi styling making it so much more attractive than most budget accommodation. There is a breakfast room with free tea, coffee, toast and jam. The family that run this are delightful, welcoming and helpfu. This is truly exceptional value and highly recommended

Lovely hotel in great location in quiet street however, near to the historical park and places to eat. Large comfortable room with all required, including kettle and plenty of water. Nice bathroom and laundry service available. Helpful staff, nice breakfast. Beautiful gardens & lovely fairly private pool area to enjoy after a hot day out. It appears that there is much maintenance underway post Covid to ensure all is very nice at the resort. Would choose this hotel again.
