I appreciated everything about this property. I gave the highest scores for every category. The two charming sisters that host the guest house are fantastic. They work hard to keep the property in A+ condition. Nisa and Nit are very helpful if you need information or suggestions. The breakfast is yummy - and every day comes with a different Thai treat. I recommend 2N to anyone and I hope to return.

I really enjoyed my stay at Banthai Guesthouse and in Pretburi in general, and next time I would stay for a few days! The guest house was very cute, and the host was gracious and accommodating. I was able to text to let them know when I would arrive so I could drop my suitcase off, and she gave me a great recommendation for a dinner restaurant. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go (train station, restaurants, Phra Nakhon Khiri Historical Park) within 30 minutes. Even though the rooms are not AC, I thought the fan kept things plenty cool, and I was very comfortable. They even provided a simple European style breakfast with toast, coffee (instant), tea, and yogurt.

The staff were amazing! Incredible people and very helpful. Despite the language barrier we communicate without issues, such warm people. The room had everything and when I asked for few things like iron and the board, it was not an issue. I was fortune also on my way out as they arranged a taxi for me last minute so very grateful 🙏 the room was super clean, nice comfy bed and clean toilet. This is a delightful guesthouse in a lovely little town, and everything about it was really great. The location is close to the town's centre but the guesthouse is quiet, the building itself is very pretty, built mostly with dark wooden boards, and it is run by a friendly, charming person. If we ever go back to Phetchaburi, that's the place we're staying!

Super nice staff, free coffe at the morning, free usage of their little city roller, great rooftop, and most of all super cheap. If you want a double bedroom for yourself, with a private bathroom and shower for the price of an hostel, then this is the place to go. Super great vibes at the reception too, you could talk with them like youre part of the family. Best place to stay at phetchaburi for sure.
