This hotel was the most disappointing experience we had in Hanoi. Not only was the room completely different from the photos, but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in both the room and the hallway, and it was extremely noisy. What made it worse was the staff at reception that day, along with the manager (or whoever I spoke to on the phone), who were EXTREMELY disrespectful, rude, and unwilling to resolve the issues they had promised but failed to deliver.
After an absolutely HORRIBLE argument, they kicked us out of the property, knowing it was high season and nearly impossible to find another place on such short notice for the same day.
The housekeeping didn't go in in 3 nights, the bed was super uncomfortable.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. It was appalling and overpriced for what it is.
I would never return.

The hote is quiet, very clean! and has a lift! The water pressure in shower is so good! The hotel is only 5mins from everything, or a nice walk.

Booked for Songkran which they hosted a FREE bus/day trip to the beach. Amazing day out! Facilities were top tier, offering gym/breakfast etc. Great location, 10 minute walk from markets for cheap but delicious food!

The Hotel is absolutely in the city centre, right in front of the night market which is very convenient. Everything is walking distance and the staff was super friendly. The room is quite spacious with private bathroom. The bathroom was a bit humid but not too much of an issue for the price. The WiFi also works well. Highly recommended.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet despite being on a road with passing traffic. Big rooms and in good condition (both twin and family rooms). Good A/C and facilities in room, including tea, coffee machine, complimentary soft drinks, toiletries. Friendly lady receptionist. Would stay again if returning to Krabi.
