Everything. First day we arrived staff, Top, asked us if we wanted him to drive us (free) to the night market to have dinner. The next day they did our laundry in their private washing machine and the woman even put the clothes outside to dry as they didn't have drying machine. Also tidied up the clothes afterwards for us before rain would come, REALLY REALLY HELPFUL AND LOVELY.
Then I had to go buy some medicine and food and Top came to pick me up without I even asking for it. He is incredible, so kind and helpful.
Needless to say, hotel was really clean, room, bed, toilet, everything really comfortable. They have a pool we couldn't use but it was really cute.

The hote is quiet, very clean! and has a lift! The water pressure in shower is so good! The hotel is only 5mins from everything, or a nice walk.

Booked for Songkran which they hosted a FREE bus/day trip to the beach. Amazing day out! Facilities were top tier, offering gym/breakfast etc. Great location, 10 minute walk from markets for cheap but delicious food!

The Hotel is absolutely in the city centre, right in front of the night market which is very convenient. Everything is walking distance and the staff was super friendly. The room is quite spacious with private bathroom. The bathroom was a bit humid but not too much of an issue for the price. The WiFi also works well. Highly recommended.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet despite being on a road with passing traffic. Big rooms and in good condition (both twin and family rooms). Good A/C and facilities in room, including tea, coffee machine, complimentary soft drinks, toiletries. Friendly lady receptionist. Would stay again if returning to Krabi.
Quiet location (at least in the room) in Krabi town. Close to a few markets so there is always cheap and good food close by.
