I don't normally write reviews, as I myself don't read a lot of them. However, staying at Villa the Spot was this one-time instance where I feel I need to share my stay.
I'll start with the positive:
1) The facility itself is amazing! Both pools, views from the hotel and the surrounding area is a must for those who seek quiet and escapism
2) The room is quite large with an amazing view. We opted for a room on the second floor, which in turn has a great view of the property and the sea. We really enjoyed the amenities the room has to offer and overall we were very pleased with the room we received
3) The room was being cleaned everyday and it was a real pleasure to come back after a long day to a nice and tidy room. They sure put on an effort on being clean, which is really important to us

Loved everything about staying here. From meeting the lovely family who own the hotel, to the room and location. It’s in the quieter side of Lamai (except for a bar across the road) with direct access to the beach. The room was always clean and the furniture and fixtures in good shape. Shower was always hot, and a small balcony overlooking the street was a nice extension to a decent sized room. The location has little restaurants, a Muay Thai gym, and of course the beach across the road. I would highly recommend.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Very modern, clean and comfortable accommodation in a quiet location with easy access to beach and a nice local restaurant. The outstanding feature, however, are the mesmerising sea views, that we couldn't get enough of. Also, Phil is a great host, excellent comms and very supportive. Thanks mate, we loved it and will be back for sure!
Beautiful, boutique hotel in a quiet location with good access (car, scooter or taxi) to attractions, markets and restaurants. Nicely done breakfast and wonderful staff. The pools and beachfront location are perfect.

The condo is a few hundred meters from the main road, which is a plus if you have a car or a motorbike because it is quiet.

We absolutely loved our time at the villa, it’s situated in a beautiful quiet area, It’s a private oasis and a joy to spend time there.

Location, convenience, comfort, the amazing sunset view! The villa was clean and they changed towels for us every 2 days and gave us 2 bottles of water daily. Nathon is a nice quiet but, yet has everything we needed. Things close early in Nathon but, it suited us as we're not out late clubbing. There is a nightly food market next to the pier that has nice tasty food for cheap. Staff were very friendly and there is a very friendly lovable dog named "Jon".
The room was lovely and staff was very friendly. There is a small beach near the property making it feel like your own private beach. Because it is away from the main area of Lamai it is very quiet at the resort. If you rent a scooter it is convenient to get to main Lamai and Chaweng.
Once again, the owner and staff bent over backwards to accommodate my occasional petty needs and annoying questions.This place ticks all my boxes: beautiful pool, attentive and hard working staff, great location in a quiet neighborhood,
It was in a great location, very quiet and cozy. Both Sarah and Eliot were great hosts & were always there to help out whenever we needed. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, we even extended an extra night! Great hosts, facilities & a lovely place to stay in. Great value for money.
