We loved staying at the cat bungalow. All staff were super friendly and helpful. The place has a real family feel to it. The lady in charge/at reception was great and really made sure we were happy and comfortable.
The room was clean and tidy and I loved having our own sun lounger and hammock outside our room.
It felt really peaceful and private.
Breakfast being included was a lovely touch. The kitchen area seemed clean and there was always a member of staff there to cook you anything you wanted.
I would recommend cat bungalow for couples or older people who want a nice quiet time in Koh Lanta but still close to shops and restaurants.

Friendly and helpful staff! This small hotel is just a 5-10 minute walk across the street from Long & Phra Ae beaches, and is good value. The room was quiet, clean, comfy and had a fridge. There are plenty of very good restaurants nearby.

The location is very central, 5 minute walk to long beach and there are plenty of eateries and a minimart within 2 mins walking distance. The location is also serviced by a lot of the free transfers included with tours/boats.
The accomodation also offers pickup/drop off from the pier for 100THB pp.

Can use as home base to explore island on motorbike or you have everything you need nearby if not.
The owner has a kindness about him that really makes the stay. Rented a motorbike from him at a great price from my research and his wife even did my laundry (also at a great price).
For what this property offers at the price, it’s the best quality stay I’ve had in Asia so far.
The owner also helped me out with many things and was almost always at the property if something came up.
Side note: if you hear children playing behind the resort (not loud or anything- just off in the distance) that’s because they are! If you trek off up the creek a little you’ll find a miniature waterfall and swimming hole- had a wonderful experience with the local children:)

I was there for my honeymoon and the sunset pool villa did not disappoint. Situated on the quaint island of Koh Lanta, Rawi Warin is the best property on the island. The best private beach, clean and with amazing sunset views. Their private restaurant had good food even though you can get better food on the island at a much cheaper prices. Our room had an infinity pool with 3 different sections and it was amazing enough to keep ourselves there the entire day

Wonderfully quiet location, only 10 mins walk along the road to restaurants and supermarkets and 5 mins level walk to the beach along a private track. Mr Boon and Pen are simply great hosts. Helped us to organise our onward travel and no request was too much trouble. The accomodation was very comfortable and excellent value for money.
Zabit Bungalow was the perfect location for our rest after 3 month travelling through Thailand. The bungalows are very nice and clean and the bed is really comfortable. You have your own private terrace in front of the room and it is very quiet in the middle of nature. The family is so nice and helpful and they do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They rent scooter much cheaper than everywhere else on the island. For us it was a perfect stay there and we highly recommend this place!
