The property is in the middle of the island surrounded by the jungle, 5 mins walk from the main beach/pier. Snorkeling beach (Ao Nieng) is about 15 mins trek away or about 20 mins walk/swim from the main beach when the tide is not too high. Sunset beach is a mere 5 mins trek. One is living with nature and wake up to the sound of birds chirping. A great place to quietly and peacefully while away time and enjoy the very fine sandy beaches. Island is perfect for a beach bumper.
Louie and staff is very hospitable and friendly. Staff will wait at the pier for one's arrival and assist in moving luggage to the property. Similarly when one departs, staff will move luggage to the pier and help to load them onto the boat.
Room, I booked, is huge and very basic with shared toilet. The large bed is pretty comfortable and properly shielded with a mosquito net. There are a few power outlets in the room, great for charging multiple devices at a go. Mosquito coil provided should one need it. The kitchen serves food food. Wifi connection is pretty alright when in the room.
A 5-minute walk from Koh Mook pier, Village Garden Bungalow offers a garden, a shared lounge and free WiFi.

I stayed in this hotel three nights in April. From the beginning the staff has been very attentive, offering free (awesome! ) coconut ice-cream on arrival. The room is bright, well equipped and clean. Beds are a bit hard but it's quite common in Asia.
Also, they can prepare breakfast if you inform them one day before.
Would definitely book there again if I return to Koh Mook!

It’s very clean and in best location. Not far from beaches, 5 min walk. The owners are so friendly and nice, helping in everything I need!! Every day they clean my room and bring a lots of water and coffee, tea. Very nice garden. You can sit by your unit not seeing anybody

The owner of this stay was so beyond kind and accommodating to me. I unfortunately was ate up by sand flies before arriving on Koh Muk and she immediately was ready with open arms to help me get medical attention and help me with transportation. The hospitality was astounding. The place itself was so cozy and comfortable. Having it situated right on the water was so nice and tranquil. She provided free water, coffee, and crackers for guests which was awesome. The spot is conveniently located with a restaurant and laundry drop off right next door. At the end of my trip she helped me move to my next spot which I was so grateful for. I would totally recommend this stay, you won’t be disappointed!

Our room was 15 min walking distance from Charlie Beach.
House was clean with all amenities present in it.
It has got water kettle which we used to boil water for cup noodles.
Owner of house was very polite she also helped us book trip to Emerald cave which was amazing.
She also own food and drinks stall near charlie beach must try for good food and mango smoothie.

The family running it were fabulous. If we had a problem they tried to resolve it.
They tried to make our stay here as easy as it could be. I can’t say enough good things about them.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Very nice, swimmable beach in front of very quiet bungalows and rooms. The more expensive rooms were massive in size and the big balcony was nice. Comfortable beds, couch and sun lounges.
This is a gorgeous little boutique eco hotel where the attention to detail is amazing. It is beautiful, and only around 8 cabins. Bed and room and bathroom all lovely. The restaurant is delicious and the view from the hotel of the beach and sea is lovely. You feel very relaxed and made to feel like you’re at home. Staff will take your stuff to and from the beach and arrange pick ups etc. Snorkelling equipment available is fantastic.
The staff was so kind and accomodating, always with a big smile on their faces.
Breakfast was excellent in comparison what we encountered elsewhere in Thailand.

Beautiful surrounding, in the middle of the forest, many birds singing all day. Peacefull and quiet, a really lost paradise. Bungalow was a very simple one, but perfect if you want to feel the nature.

Ah koh kradan, such a beautiful island.
Main beach is a little crowded with tour groups in the late morning/afternoon but sunset beach is so beautiful and usually quiet.
I was put into a bungalow with a private bathroom, simple but very comfortable.
It was a lovely and relaxing stay.
1. very hospitable owners and staff. Helpful and smiling;
2. clean and stylish bungalows. They are not too big, but they have everything you need;
3. great location, just on the beach with a house reef;
4. Italian food on site. It is not cheap, but the food is delicious, home-made. All restaurants on Koh Kradan is definitely more expensive than in the rest of Thailand.
