The pictures definitely do not do the place justice. The cafe was beautiful, had a delicious Matcha late. The staff were so nice and helpful, the room was small but very tastefully designed and decorated. The place was very clean & situated in the center of Phuket old town. I would gladly stay there again.

Centrally located right in the middle of Phuket old town. This is the best place to stay in Phuket in my opinion. The room ‚Air‘ is very beautiful, modern and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful and helped us arrange laundry service for our clothes. They also offer AirPort transfer for a reasonable price. Self check-in and check-out was very easy and convenient. They have preserved the heritage of the building in the architecture and decor while giving it a fresh and modern vibe.

We stayed here for six nights and really enjoyed our time. Frank and Ann are very welcoming and were so helpful with any of our questions about the island and recommendations (which ATM to use, which ice cream shop is the best, etc). The location was excellent, with a short walk to the beach, 7-11, and so many restaurants near by to choose from. The breakfasts that Ann made were very good, as was the coffee. Ann even took care of our laundry on our last day for a very reasonable price. The cleaning staff in the hotel were great as well. The personal touch provided by Frank is very rare in this fast paced industry, and we certainly appreciated it. We'll always remember our time here. Also, shout out to Isaac for our fun chats.
All in all it was a very positive experience, and we would definitely book this place again if we return to Phuket.

Apartment was nicely sized and the private pool was clean . The property is located within the Phuket Country Club golf course. The kitchen was equipped with all utensils. Jason was responsive on chat and had provided information on nearby restaurants etc.
Nice quiet location. A lot of nature around. Quite reasonable size room and good parking, bikers side and car space outside. There are some good restaurants around. The best one is from the property turn left and the first restaurant on your left hand side. Great menu and tasty food.
There is also a friendly cat coming from next door. Very friendly host
