Very comfortable with full facilities and great value for money, Location is exactly the same as on Booking.com map .. 10 mins Drive to Chaweng and Samui Airport . I did not book room with Breakfast but I can order it if I wanted to.

It was close to the center, but on the main road, we felt like we are living on the highway, not on an island, we asked to change our room but they said they cannot do that.
We had ants in the room all the time.
They don’t have elevator, they didn’t want to help with the luggages so we had to climb those stairs with it.
If you just want to party and sleep, maybe it’s a good place, for us it wasn’t.

The room was lovely. Coffee and tea were available by reception 24/7 . Just help yourself. Our host was sweet . She was a lovely lady ( quiet)
The Villa was very convenient for Samui airport.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Good location, on the quieter end of Chaweng so not much noise. Maybe a 15/20 minute walk to the Samui centre.
If you’re not fussed about your accommodation in Samui and looking for a cheap private option this is fine but not amazing in my opinion

Locaction right on the becah with beautiful blue waters, the swimming pool is great size and almost all the rooms have private swimming pool. I think all the rooms have great private bathtubs for romantic or relaxed evening. Amazing breakfast i can't stress this enough.
Right outside the hotel at 50 meters great cheap massage and 200 m 7- 11 is there. You can take taxi for the city centre for 50 baht.
The hotel was very modern and it even has a fitness centre which I was missing!
We had been staying in cheap guest houses and changing to this hotel was luxury for us. The room was spacious and they make it every day with a change of towels.

Really liked that it was quiet at night. The whole place was very clean. They arranged a taxi for me for cheaper than other places. I also got upgraded to a private room which was lovely with a massive bed.

Great location with private beach, super friendly staff (special thanks to Priew, Nick, Kanom, Jiji, Ja-oh and Bom), breakfast was good with different options and eggs made to order. The food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner was great. The room was spacious and clean, and felt more like a cabin than a hotel room. Beach towels were changed every evening. Very quiet location. The pick up service from the airport was also excellent. I'll definitely come back.

We had to change rooms and had to do without a private pool but got a bigger room with much quieter air con and closer to the pool and beach. The hotel staff were very accomodating when we insisted on changing rooms. The rooms and resort were very charming and child friendly. The breakfast buffet was adequate. The property was on the beach and we had great beach view from our villa
