Wonderful stay, close to: Kata Beach (beautiful sandy beach with a very gentle descent into the sea), grocery stores, restaurants, bus 40 BHT/person starts here and goes to Phuket Old Town, you can get off anywhere. The room is comfortable and cleaned daily if you wish. You receive bottled water, toiletries, and fresh towels daily. In the common area, available 24/7: instant coffee, chocolate, tea, toast, butter, jam. Beach towels are available, with easy pick-up and return. This is a family-style hotel run by a couple. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in the bustling city. It is very close to the night market and the beach. You can also choose to buy food materials in the nearby market and cook for yourself in this hotel. There is a shared kitchen on the first floor. We actually stayed at another place that they work with called “flowernight guesthouse” it was very clean. The owner speaks good English and is lovely. The room had all necessary facilities and when our fan blew up they replaced it immediately. Location is great and in the middle of the night market although it is not very noisy. The balcony is very good.

Staff were fantastic, James I believe his name was organised all our excursions from the hotel and gave us advice on what activities we should do, how long everything took etc. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were comfortable and clean, great value for money in terms of luxury. Location is good, about 25 mins taxi from Patong, also within walking distance of loads of bars and restaurants and the beach, however its relatively quiet around the area, we only found one place playing live music.
You cannot go wrong at the Katathani, this was our second visit in 2 years. Perfect private beach, with clean golden sands at your doorstep, numerous pools to choose from, kids club, kids pools, very good restaurant's within the hotel and along the street behind.

Great location! Close to the beach and main streets but tucked away on a quiet street so you don't hear the noise. The owner Sascha was also very friendly and helped connect us to tour guides and taxis. Would definitely stay here again.
great location, shuttle bus into kata beach even though its only 500 meters but handy when it's hot . Pool swim up area was excellent . get room with your own private area out to the pool
What a find! Perfect homestay, family who run it are lovely. Room was well equipped and beautiful decor. Large rooms with a balcony and en suite. Very quiet. Great location to the markets and beach. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay again. Great value!
