Very nice hosts! Especially that they have thought of details, such as towels for beach, refreshening watermelon in the fridge, option to make some sandwiches. The room itself was simple, but very clean and also had a rack to hang swimming suits, towels. Location was also nice, close to beach. Overall a nice stay for the value.

The pictures don't lie, I got a room exactly like in the pictures. The room was clean and quiet. The facility is far from the center so you can't hear the hustle and bustle of the pubs but at the same time close enough to take a walk. The rooms were cleaned every day, great service and good coffee

Great place, friendly owner, 5mins walk to the beach
Staff were fantastic, James I believe his name was organised all our excursions from the hotel and gave us advice on what activities we should do, how long everything took etc. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were comfortable and clean, great value for money in terms of luxury. Location is good, about 25 mins taxi from Patong, also within walking distance of loads of bars and restaurants and the beach, however its relatively quiet around the area, we only found one place playing live music.
You cannot go wrong at the Katathani, this was our second visit in 2 years. Perfect private beach, with clean golden sands at your doorstep, numerous pools to choose from, kids club, kids pools, very good restaurant's within the hotel and along the street behind.

Great location! Close to the beach and main streets but tucked away on a quiet street so you don't hear the noise. The owner Sascha was also very friendly and helped connect us to tour guides and taxis. Would definitely stay here again.
great location, shuttle bus into kata beach even though its only 500 meters but handy when it's hot . Pool swim up area was excellent . get room with your own private area out to the pool
What a find! Perfect homestay, family who run it are lovely. Room was well equipped and beautiful decor. Large rooms with a balcony and en suite. Very quiet. Great location to the markets and beach. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay again. Great value!
