This lovely hotel is in excellent location. As soon as we entered the hotel lobby, we felt relaxed with completely at home. The room was very spacious, featuring a separate living room, dinning area and bedroom. The air-conditioning was efficient, the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean and calm. The beautiful garden added to the serene atmosphere. We had a nice view from windows, and many beautiful paintings by the hotel owner, Mr. Paul, adorned the walls. The Wi-Fi connection was EXCELLENT. The hotel is just 5-minutes walk to the beach and is convenientl located near a restaurant, 7Eleven, Bank, Pharmacy, and fruits shop. A local bus to Phuket town stops right in front of the resort.

Convenient location, comfortable accommodation, valuable local knowledge if you take the time to chat with your hosts, homely atmosphere, you will not find better value for you money. Matt and Anne are the perfect hosts, I recommend this accommodation to all travellers. We were obviously there to experience the Thai food, so we did not take advantage of the western food Matt prepares in the hotel however I did get to sample it and it was amazing, something I will not be missing out on next time.

Best hotel we stayed at in Thailand. I was initially apprehensive as it had only a few reviews but don’t let that put you off as it’s new, clean and modern. Everything was brand new and pristine and styled really well. The room was extremely comfortable with plenty of space and had all the amenities you would need. The massive smart TV was a nice touch as it meant we could watch Netflix and YouTube etc. I was amazed at the price and it was worth many times what we paid. The common room and kitchen was a great addition and the fridge had drinks and snacks you could purchase for a reasonable price. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The cafe down stairs was really nice and really well priced. We were sad that we had to catch a flight as we could have stayed for much longer.

Great location. Opposite beach and walking distance to shops. Not right in the hustle and bustle of Patong but not too far away either. 15 min taxi ride. We had a pool access room which was fabulous. Could cool off anytime without having to walk to main pool. Was pretty quiet but a long walk to get to it as located at back of the resort. Staff were very helpful. Buffet breakfast was very good. Lots of variety. Great air con. Kept room nice and cold.
We loved staying at Access resort in Karon. Having pool access in the heat was a real luxury. We even swam at night to cool ourselves down. The main pools close at 8, however you have free access to your own pool which was lovely and quiet, and lit up until around 10pm. Food at the hotel restaurant was excellent. Parts of the hotel appeared a little dated but we didn’t mind. We loved the swim up bar and could order food here which we enjoyed eating while sat in the pool.
Good boutique experience. The decor and aesthetic is charming. Staff is welcoming. Good breakfast buffet especially the variety of eggs on offer.
The spa is also good - slightly more expensive than the massage available outside but worth the difference given convenience.
Front desk helped us arrange cabs for city tour etc. Also a short walk to the beach.
While room was at the front of the hotel road noise was minimal. These rooms are a bit cheaper than the newer rooms at the back, but are a good size with the most comfortable beds. Bathroom is a bit dated but very functional. Small balcony was a bonus.
Air Con was super efficient . Location is great, literally 50 m and you are on the beach!

The property is set in a great location on a quieter road but still only 10 minutes or so from Karon and all its facilities. It’s also very clean and modern touches, and we loved the private pool. The beds were super comfy and they provided lots of towels. They also saw we were travelling with children on our arrival and a man came back with some balls and toys for them to play with in the pool which I thought was nice. The staff were friendly and the villa felt very safe too.
Great location, quiet and private while also walking distance to Karon beach. Could use the Centara Grand bar restaurant and facilities and the service was fantastic. The man who made our cocktails and the Bay View was amazing!
