For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Stayed three times at Calinago Friendly Family and twice it was coming back home. Because that is what it becomes being clean, quiet, well equipped, its brilliant view on Great Bay, beach, shops and restaurants around the corner and with a host like Andrae: a cool and caring guy, respecting privacy, but around if needed. A well chosen name.
Great location (beach and boardwalk just around the corner, supermarket in walking distance)
While the building might seem sort of below par from the outside, room is in good condition and really clean.
Bed and pillows were comfortable
Andrae is helpful, friendly and always around if you need something
Will check availabililty should I come back to Sint Maarten
And the price was really cheap :)
