The host Mojca gave us 5* treatment, taking care of us like we were family. Her guesthouse is exceptionally clean and has everything you need for your stay. Mojca thinks of all the little details to make your stay wonderful from reserved parking, tables with a view for her amazing breakfast spread and little treats in your room to make you feel valued. The guesthouse is perfectly located for mountain views, hiking, lake swimming etc….The high rating for this guesthouse is more than deserved. We will be returning!

The staff were wonderful and very helpful - their English was also fantastic. The food was exceptional. The location was just far enough out of Kranj to be very peaceful and with a bus service just outside, it was very easy to get in and out of town and also to Ljubljana. I would highly recommend Hisa Ales.

On arrival, we were met by Mira and made us feel at home immediately with a drink and something nice :) followed by local information about the area and suggestions for places to visit.
The breakfast and evening meals were spectacular, the quality and quantity of food was exceptional. Mira is an amazing cook.
The rooms were large and clean.
This was such a relaxed stay. In the evening Mira and Robi sat and talked with us. This is a family business with their daughter working here too.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
A very charming guesthouse with a fantastic location, run by a very warm family.
Our room was not large, but very clean and tidy with a very cosy bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom was a little older but clean.
Very tasty and large breakfast, lovingly served at the table. Dinner was also very tasty and plentiful. The trout was a dream!
The location in the valley is unique. From here you can start great hikes and in the evening you can enjoy the view with a beer.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vila Koman. You need to keep in mind that the accommodation is build in an old house, so it has a lot of character, like squeaky stairs, smaller rooms, but everything very nicely renovated and charming. Although it was hot outside and our room was under the roof, it didn't get too hot in there. The staff was very nice and friendly.
Tourist Farm Šenkova Domačija is an exceptional stay, the highlight of our road trip through Slovenia! The location is superb, surrounded by mountains. Don't skip on eating dinner at the farm, it is home made and you'll be rewarded with the most amazing view. The possibilities on site are endless, there is something for all ages. And not to forget on mentioning the super nice and charming staff as well!
Quiet yet excellent location in centre of town next to Mercator. Gorgeous mountain views from the little conservatory where you can eat your meals or sit and read in the armchair. Well equipped large kitchen had everything we needed - we cooked all our meals there for 5 days - dishwasher a bonus. Cosy living room well stocked with blankets/fireplace for winter visits. Backyard bbq hut was nice for sitting outside in evenings.
We stayed in glamping. Comfortable beds and clean. Next to the house you also have a private wooden table with benches. The campsite is pleasant, the bathroom and toilet are clean. Peace at night. Very tasty breakfast and coffee. The host Tanja is an exceptional and friendly person. We will be back.

Great location, easy parking and a lovely host. Nothing was a problem and we felt very welcome. Quite a few hiking trails around, tourists info centre next door. And the view from the bedroom was just perfect!
The treehouse is great! Just an unique experience to sleep there, in the middle of the Slovenian nature. As a bonus you get a very good private bathroom. The area is great for hiking, and a nice restaurant on a little lake is just a 10 min walk.
