The Guesthouse Opara is a real gem. The rooms are sunny, spotlessly clean and comfortable. There is a lovely terrace with fabulous views to sea, a shared kitchen and an honesty bar from the fridge; so ice cold beers, cocktails, soft drinks and wine from the family vineyard are always available. The guesthouse is a relatively short, steep walk into the pretty town of Piran or the beach. The owner, Martina, was a perfect host. We'll certainly stay here again during our next trip Slovenia.

Perfect location in central Piran just steps away from the sea, main square, restaurants, and bus station. The room was simple, perfectly clean and had all the essentials. The staff are wonderfully friendly and gave great tips on restaurants and what to do in Piran.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
We liked everything. It's a wonderful place with excellent homemade food based on truffle dishes. The truffle shop is also great. It is close to the Slovenian seaside towns, but far enough in the hills for peace and quiet.

Lovely quiet location, but near to the main road. Small - but does have everything you need. Host was outstanding, we had fresh eggs and vegetables from the garden which were lovely.
