We chose this B&B for its location-- we wanted to be as close as possible to stunning Savica Falls. We were able to walk from the B&B to the falls, across a beautiful trail and then up the side of the hill. So it was perfect in that way. We also liked the fantastic breakfast-- so much variety, so appealingly displayed, and so tasty. The room was beautifully clean with a balcony overlooking the grounds and Sava river. A heated bathroom floor helped us dry out after wet days of walking. Lots of interesting books to look at. And we liked the proprietor-- she gave us many insights to Slovenia and especially the Lake Bohinj area. She dried our wet clothes (it rained much of the time we were there!-- though that only made the waterfall better :>) and gave us travel advice. Our fellow guests were also interesting and kind.

This amazing chalet is run but super nice, friendly and helpful staff.
The location is superb to do the trails up the mountain (and I assume it must be nice to get our directly into the ski pists in winter).
The room was spacious, comfortable temperature wise, clean, and plenty of storage.The bed was comfortable enough.
The common areas are very cosy and welcoming after a day of hiking.
The breakfast provided was quite good considering the remote location. The dinner options can be somewhat limited, but the staff will adjust to our requests whenever possible.

A tranquil spot in the middle of a natural paradise. Lovely staff, clean and well equipped rooms, restaurant just where you need it if you don't want to do your own shopping every evening or morning. Definitely will recommend to anybody who wants to stay in this region, it's a real gem!

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Simona is a great host. She was always available and helpfull. The appartment is located in a quiet part of the village and comes with a super sunny outside terras. We could also use the 4 electric mountainbikes as well as the sup boards at the lake. The bikes allow you to do most visits around Bohinj by bike, which is the best way to visit. And to top everything, Simona´s mom surprised us with a homemade strudl on our second day. So dont´ hesitate when going to Bohinj area!
The host was very friendly and ready to m meet us. The apartment had a private bathroom, a small kitchen, a balcony, a separate bedroom, and a nice couch. Quiet part of the town and maybe a five minute walk to the lake. Would easily stay here again.

Very nice appartment, 100% clean, looks like new. Kitchen fully equipped. Great location - close to the Lake Bohinj, not far from Bled, but still quiet and away from the crowds of turists. But the best thing: the little beach on the river 200 metres from the house across the meadow, very comfortable to bathe. The owner of the appartments is very friendly and helpful. We can fully recommend this appartment.
Everything was perfect. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you may need. Located in a quiet village, an ideal starting point to discover the beautiful Bohinj area. We felt like home. Barbara is a great host. We would definitely come again!
The place is so chilled, friendly and clean with a great location. We stayed in a few different apartments and hotels during our one week holiday (not cheap ones)but this place was definitely the best in terms of location and atmosphere. Looking forward to returning to this area of Slovenia and to Hostel pod Voglom.
We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It is very new and impeccably clean, offering a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect, being very close to the city center yet wonderfully quiet. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
Great location, peaceful but only a short walk from the centre.
The bathroom was listed as being private but separate but it was within apartment so effectively private. It was much cheaper than anything else and more than adequate. Although there was no real kitchen, just a kettle and fridge, it was more of an apartment than a room.
great location next to Bohinj lake, positioned in a way to capture beautiful views. reception staff were so lovely and restaurant served superb top quality food! If you enjoy hiking, swimming in the (cold!!) lake, being outdoors this is for you. 45 min / €2 coach to Bled which is beautiful however full of tourists so this is a cheaper more quiet alternative. (one would say more beautiful)

Breakfasts were varied and huge! Really nice to be able to get a tea or coffee and any time and sit in communal seating area.
Beds were lovely and comfy, very quiet location at the end of the lake, unlike if you stay closer to ribcev laz.
Great to be able to use sups, kayak, hot tub and bikes. You def need the bikes if you are using public transport to get about like us. There is a free shuttle at weekends and cheap paid bus mid week too. But the bikes are more fun!
