It’s very cozy and warm, we got the alpaca suite and we fell in love. The bed is huge, the house is warm and super comfortable, we also had a coffee machine which was great due to the cold weather. The staff are amazing, Isabella is so nice, she’s the politest person I’ve ever seen in my life, don’t forget to do the alpaca tour and meet chilli, one of the best alpacas.

Room was OK, typical hotel room I guess, too small for suitcases though! But the pillows sucked so did not sleep well hence I only gave an 8*! We chose this hotel as it said they had underground parking....on check in when we asked about parking, we were directed to the local carpark around the corner. Maybe the hotel's parking was already full?? Breakfast was excellent. Quiet street with good choice of restaurants nearby.
The location is outstanding for a golf trip. The golf course clubhouse is only 200m from the hotel. Quiet and relaxing with the ocean only 300m from the hotel.
Very friendly staff (prepared a bag with breakfast for me as I had to leave early). Great location (directly in the city center). Port and trains station can be reached within 5 minutes by foot. Room was clean and very spacious.
Accomodation was easily accessible with perfect parking and with wide variety of different accessories for comfortable stay. Apartment was surprisingly clean, cozy and quiet.
The staff at the hotel were all very good. The WiFi was fine and my request for a quiet room was fulfilled. Decent breakfast selection too. The bedroom was fairly small but adequate for a night and the bathroom had an excellent shower.
Car parking in the garage below the hotel is an additional charge but worth it. Note though that it is very tight to get in and out. I managed with an estate car but anything bigger is unlikely to make it.
The location is right in the centre of town.
The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Helped with car parking and directions to nearby restaurants etc. The room was a good size and breakfast was very good. Great location for the ferry to Travemunde - 500 m away.
