The day before we arrived, we received a nice route we could drive from Idre with places to visit. We really enjoyed this route. When we arrived we were possitively suprissed by the appartment.

A very warm welcome in a typical old swedish house. The rooms are decorated very nicely in twenties, fifties or seventies style. Great kitchen and living room at your disposal. Very cosy and relaxing atmosphere en the most helpfull and friendly people.
Situated 250 metres from Östersund Central Station, Pensionat Björnen offers free Wi-Fi. Some rooms have a private bathroom with shower. Prästgatan pedestrian street is 350 metres away.

Pensionat Svea is situated in Östersund, less than 1 km from Mid Sweden University, a 4-minute walk from Östersund Bus Station, as well as 600 metres from Östersund Train Station.

I have been staying at Pensionat Svea many times. It's clean, very good breakfast, kind staff. It's old style but it corresponds to the price.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Both the welcome and the guest house were excellent - a whole small house to ourselves, very private and with car port. The house was very nicely done out.
Karen and John are great hosts and the breakfasts are top notch
