I was walking from Kalmar to Lange Erik and this was my last stop before going back. The place is quiet and nice and the beach is only few minutes away. You also can go to the lighthouse Lange Erik (a few km away) and to the bigger vilage Byxelkrok with a lot of restaurants.
It's a quiet place in the forest, no loud guests or parties when we were there. There are many better beaches on Öland than the one here, but it is good enough for a quick swim. Our house was a bit old but had everything we needed, shower, toilet and stuff for cooking etc.
Nice location if you are cycling right next to ölands leden , quiet countryside with birds.
Nice 200m walk through the wood to tge sea , no beach though.
Newly installed air heater units.
Well enough space for a family with 2 kids.
Price worthy.
Calm and quiet location with walking distance to Byxelkrok.
