On a brighter note, the food at the hotel was decent, offering a range of options that were satisfying enough. The standout, however, was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly and ’elpful, always ready to assist with a smile. As for the room, it boasted a nice interior style, which made it quite pleasant to spend time in. Despite the issues, these aspects added a touch of comfort to my stay.
Another positive aspect is the hotel’s prime location near the center of Novi Sad. This made it convenient for exploring the city and accessing local attractions. The central location is a definite plus for those wanting to be in the heart of the action.

Great location - at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, in a renovated nice old building. The breakfast was amazing - not a buffet style, you pick from a menu, everything was very delicious. We tried the restaurant also in the evening - the food was really good. Guests receive a 10% discount for 4 restaurants in the town, incl. the one downstairs.
Clean and comfortable. I suppose some of the rooms may be a little noisy in the evenings because of the many pedestrians and the restaurants, but it was an extremely hot period, we had to use the AC even in the night so I cannot tell how it is if the windows are open. Very friendly staff, everything well organized. The waiters at the restaurant help to contact the manager of the premises if needed and even made the checkout, all well-trained and with good English. The parking is in the backyard, so you have to contact the staff first as some directions are needed in order to reach.

I very rarely give a 10/10 for a place on booking. However, this is one such rare case. The place is in a new building, the appliances and the furniture is brand new, bathroom is great, location in decent, and all that at a very affordable price (~20% cheaper than other comparable places).
