Sergio was the most perfect host - there to greet us on arrival and provided an excellent route for our next day's travels.
Great communication when booking and stayed in touch regarding our request for a meal on arrival as we were later than expected getting to the property.
The meals (evening meal and breakfast) included local produce/recipes and were delightful. Wines were also good and very reasonable!
Property extremely comfortable and relaxed - a perfect stay, albeit one night only.

The secluded rural location. The outdoor space is terrific for a relaxing breakfast or eating out in the evening. The Kitchen has lots of dishes etc if being used by a family.
Sat Nav makes it easy to find the property, the only tricky part is knowing where to park but the owner can advise and is easy to communicate with, he is very engaging.

My grandparents live in a tiny village 6km away, so I'm *very* familiar with Coja and I didn't expect, at all, to find such a cozy and well done place here. The house was fully renovated in a way that merges the old stone frame with modern concepts, making it rustic but still cozy and - most importantly - clean. Good windows for light but also insulation, minimalistic rooms, but lovely shared area.
The breakfast was fenomenal. The backyard is lovely. It was too cold for the pool, but I'm sure it would have been perfect as well.
I'm 100% staying here every time I come to visit the family.

Lovely, modern facilities, spectacular views, lovely staff, nice restaurant.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
We had an excellent stay at Casa Velha Azeitona and wish we could have stayed for longer! The house is very comfortable and quiet - we slept very well - and has a wonderful mountain view. It was great to sit outside in the shadow of the trees. It really is the perfect place to rest, but still very close to Tábua with its amenities. The owners are very friendly and accommodating; they made us feel very welcome. We’ll be back!
This is a lovely hotel in the middle of a quiet area in Portugal. It was the perfect place to stop traveling from Lisbon to the north of Portugal. Everything was very comfortable in the room, and the fact that it included breakfast and the spa was the icing on top. Really great deal for all that it included. We enjoyed the late checkout too and made use of the spa in the morning before checking out since we arrived late the night before.
Warm welcome from reception, room not over large but perfect for sleeping, lovely big comfortable bed, room was lovely quiet and warm with climate control heating, good size dressing table/desk,hospitality tray and fridge, exceptionally clean.breakfast was superb, vast choice of hot and cold freshly prepared food and drinks, friendly helpful staff.ideal location for touring the area, plenty of secure parking, thoroughly recommend this hotel, excellent price.
Fairly excellent for the price. Very quiet, clean, and safe. Good water pressure, comfy beds. Like all hotels there wasn't enough bedding but each room has its own climate control. Wifi blazing fast, and the location is amazing. Such a beautiful area.
The place is amazing. I loved the peacefull, isolated quiet location, by the river with no one arround.
Has everything you need in it.
I loved getting to know Gleb and Anna. Thank you for your hospitality.
Great location. Easy access. Easy to find. Loads of free parking. The family are gorgeous, super welcoming and friendly. We laughed lots. Great big kitchen to use with most of the things you need. Nearest town is 9 mins drive with supermarkets and cafes etc. Surrounded by nature and stunning views . It's clean and well taken care of. The shared bathrooms were always free when I needed them, even tho the rooms were full. Im definitely coming back!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Luna Hotel, everything went smoothly. Great welcome on arrival, friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet and cosy. The location was excellent.
