It is surrounded by trees. Making it very private and secluded, but close to town. The common areas are spacious. I liked being able to cook in the kitchen, then sit outside and enjoy your meal and the beautiful scenery. Or you can choose to eat in the beautiful dining room. The rooms are a nice size with a small patio to drink coffee in the morning or enjoy in the evening. Everything was spotless. The hosts were so helpful and gracious.

The view , the space in the house, the swimming pool, silence, everything that we need was at house - towels, hair dryer, soap , washing liquid, even coffee.. we didn't expect that the house is so huge, on the second floor 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms plus sofa downstairs, huge space in the kitchen, living room with 2 tables , toilet downstairs, outside sun beds.. blankets if needed, an extra bed with a mattress if needed, a clothes dryer, a dishwasher, but still the most what we loved was the view on the ocean 🐳 wish to be back there , beautiful 😍

The property was simply amazing. It's a modern house that also features some walls of volcanic rocks, which are typical from the island. The decoration of the house amenities was very tasteful.
The shared kitchen was well equipped and the refrigerator was well stocked for each guess to have breakfast.
The bed was super comfortable. We climbed Pico mountain, so this was a very important to us.

The room is very spacious, magnificent views. Monica at the front desk is very attentive and polite. She made sure we were taking good care of during our stay.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Lovely views over Sao Jorge and a peaceful, comfortable place to stay. Fabio is a great host and gave us lots of good tips and even gave me a lift back from the airport to the sea port so I could drop off my rental car!
Location in a quiet road 5 minutes walk to the sea. Good shower, clean bed sheets and big clean shower towels. Internet worked well. Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy and always available parking. Good communication with the host.

The apartment is spacious, absolutely clean and comfortable. It’s 10 min walk from city center and 15;min walk from the ferry. And furthermore in 5min u ll reach a fabulous bakery. The kitchen is full equipped .The neighborhood is quiet and there r a lot of cute cats around. There is possibility to sit outside on a nice terrace with view to the sea and to the volcano.
I enjoyed the location, very quiet and not far from a natural pool and a good restaurant. You can easily walk to the pool and to the city center along the avenida do Mar. It’s really nice!
