A little piece of heaven 1+ hour away from Lisbon. The property is perfectly curated by Bianca who is the most attentive host caring deeply about guests' experience. You can soak in the sun by the pool, relax in the sauna or take a walk around the property or visit the farm animals. The breakfast spread was amazing. The B&B offers massages at an extra fee.
The location is great, it's very quiet, you can hear the birds chirping while restaurants and beaches are within 15min by car. It's also relatively close to an A8 (Lisbon) highway entrance/exit so getting there doesn't require a long drive on narrow, rural roads.
Just a 9-minute walk from Medao Beach and 0.9 miles from Seixo Beach, Silver Seahorse Garden Retreat features accommodations in Peniche, with a garden.

Everything! It is very very clean, spotless actually. The house is beautiful and the pool is very nice. It really is a Refugio. This was nicer and cleaner than many 5 star hotels, really. Breakfast was also very tasty and a lot of options! And orange juice was fresh! I will come back next time I visit Portugal!

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
The property is beautiful and quietly located, decorated with taste. Rooms clean and cosy. Great facilities, pool overlooking the wine vines. A lot of space to enjoy. Wonderful host Bianca cares deeply about her guests and makes you feel like at home. Breakfast was wonderful: homemade bread, granola and all the variety of cheese, meat and fruit… the surrounding area is great for running and hiking. 10minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants.
Bianca is a very great host and her place is wonderful. We only stayed for 1 night, but enjoyed it to the fullest. Our room was very comfortable and the common areas (living room, kitchen, breakfast room, wine cellar, sauna...) were comfy too.
The breakfast was a blast: everything is either homemade or produced locally.
So many things to explore on the property, e.g. animals such as cats, bunnies, chickens, goats and geese, garden with grapes etc.
We highly recommend Bianca's little gem! :)
Wonderful place, lovely garden and outdoor area, room for our children to play, extra space with a large private patio/yard, gorgeous pool, nice and quiet village with great views and pretty walks nearby. If you have a car and are looking for a bit of space and a quieter area I would highly recommend it.

The apartment is comfortable and very clean, the wifi connection is very good for working.
There is a nice courtyard and garden next to the apartment.
Having a car is highly recommended, there is plenty of safe parking on the property grounds.
