The owner was very nice and helpful. There was a problem with a shower head but she fixed it immediately. Good breakfast and well equipped room - small kitchen anex was very helpful. Localization was also very nice to explore the region.

defo -the- best thing of all best things was the section where they have a covered veranda and chairs where one can sit in peace and relaxation. In case you miss your check-in time you always have a nice place to sit down with your bags and wait. Lovely quiet area, if you want to stay somewhat near touristy Santana but trying to escape the daily crowds there. .

Wonderful house. The house is on the smaller side, but you can find everything you need. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, airconditioning etc. Also there are two terraces that are enable you to relax and bask in the Madeiran sunshine.
The accomodation is very clean and is well stocked with shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea and fruit. There’s no inside kitchen, but outside there is a barbecue and a dishwashing station. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We were also surprised by Nelson as he gifted us fresh fruit like bananas and Madeiran custard apples.
The house is situated in a nice, hilly neighborhood of Funchal. It’s about a 2km ride from the nearest main road exit or reachable by bus. It’s about a 10 minute drive into the city center and also about a 10 minute drive to be in the middle of the nature.
Highly recommend to stay here whilst being on Madeira.

The location, centrally located with easy access to central town but quiet enough not to be disturbed at night. The lovely rooftop which has the possibility of having bbq in Summer. All fabulous facilities, to cook, wash and dry clothes etc.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Great location for exploring Madeira. You have perfect place to park your car. The landlady is very kind and tries to make your stay pleasant. The house is spacious and well decorated. The place is very peaceful and quiet, we slept well and had a great rest.

Clean, quiet, open space, private parking on location, access to laundry which is awesome for longer stays. Location is new and renovated, bathroom and the shower are a treat! Easy accessible from the airport (20 min drive away). Very comfy and you have all the facilities needed. Manuel was very welcoming and helpful. Totally recommend!
