I only stayed for a night, but definitely felt the cozy, homey vibes - especially in the kitchen and the lounge.

Not very far away from city center and beaches (but it is indeed not “in town” nor “on beach.”
As well, we really like the group there, that is, the interpersonal ambiance. … very chill! .. you’re all kind of mixed together, felt bit more communal.
Also, the price was right for us, which was one of the reasons we sought the place out, but once there, we were happy with the vibe that we found: colorful, younger, open crowd, surfers, European, … perhaps they thought we were from the moon (actually Alaska), but we dug it.

We absolutely love the surfhouse, it’s the cleanest and coziest we have seen in a long time. We booked the double room with private bathroom and it was just perfect. Lovely room, cozy, warm, quiet. The breakfast is good and home made, the staff is so nice and polite. The bed is super comfy and full size with an amazing mattress. It’s simple, but it has all that you need!

Such a luxury to have more bathrooms than bedrooms. The beds are all very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. Thankful for the games and toddler friendly equipment. The house is very peaceful and quiet and a great location for accessing many beautiful, Cornwall
