Our dog was welcome, also at the breakfast. Fresh tea and coffee. Some days, bread was a bit old, but probably this was due to the Christmas days.
Our host Debbie was fantastic, kind and helpful, and really made us feel like home!

What a stunning guest house! We opted for accommodation close to the airport as we had hired a car and was able to travel around. The old town and marina are a 10 minute drive away.
On arrival at Ria Formosa Guest House our room was kindly upgraded and we were given a complimentary drink which was really appreciated. Our room was beautiful with an even better view. Sunrise on our balcony was magical. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay and the food was also delicious. The breakfast was amazing value for money! There is also a small spa area which can be used at no extra cost. All in all, we were so happy we found this little gem! Highly recommend if you want somewhere clean, comfortable, peaceful and modern.

The central location and the room were were great! The whole guest house was clean and very well designed. There are a lot of common spaces, including a terrace, a cozy living room, and a kitchen with everything you may need (coffee makers, stove, dishes and pans, toaster..)

Overall we enjoyed our stay but the accommodation is being let down by issues that could easily be addressed and have been highlighted by other reviewers.
The location was great - in the centre of the key towns and especially good for golfers. The area was very quiet and the pool and beds were never full whilst we were there. All facilities worked and was lovely to stay somewhere so clean and spacious. It was a great place to stay and a great host also. Thank you Gina :)
The Villa is located on a large residential estate but it is quiet. Great location for getting around by local taxi or short walk to local bar/restaurant and supermarkets.
The property is perfect for a family with 5 large bedrooms and ample bathrooms all laid out in a comfortable configuration.
Great location for the beach , about 6 mins away and the marina about 10 mins . Quiet area and was very chilled by the pool which is good. Staff excellent , always happy to help
