Nice guest house in a quiet part of town. Around the corner from a few restaurants. Staff are lovely and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Eggs made to order, and other choices were served buffet style. Coffee machine, self-serve, cereal, yogurt, bread, jams, cheese, meat, fresh cut fruit, juice, and more. No air conditioning, but fan in room. Small fridge in room.

The old town of Monchique with its narrow cobbled streets is charming, but one has to accept the corollary that accessibility is more difficult. Despite being on the street the apartment was extremely quiet and peaceful, as there really are no passing cars. Great walks within easy reach.

it’s a gorgeous property, great location in terms of being quiet and calm. staff are wonderful, facilities in terms of spa etc are great and parking as well.
Clean, spacious and very welcoming hosts. Great pool with amazing view at the valley. breakfast was huge and fresh. There are only 4 rooms and it was very quiet and relaxing. when the other guests were out, it felt like a private villa! Bbq is available!
lovely traditional Portuguese guesthouse set in beautiful location. it has a homely feel, an would be a good base for families and walkers. The property is surrounded by lush greenery, very quiet, but only a few minutes walk to the charming little town of Monchique. Hosts Daniel and mum Suzy made us very welcome, and gave us useful tips on the use of one of the spa facilities nearby (discount at the mention of Bica Boa).
Modern, clean and a great location with fabulous views over the country side. Excellent friendly staff and a superb breakfast with fresh ingredients. Good sized room with large private balcony and comfortable bed. Ability to walk to nearest restaurant. Great base from which to explore the local area. Lovely pool and sitting area with loungers.
