This place is incredible. The decor is stunning, the balcony is out of this world with amazing views of Mount Pico when the weather cooperates. The breakfast is so delicious and plentiful. However, the very best part about this place are the owners. Andreas and Barbara are so welcoming and kind and really go above and beyond. Made my stay in Faial even that much better. Would 1000% recommend and come again!

Great place really clean and modern , was perfect.
Great location, clean room, excellent breakfast and very friendly owner. Fetima helped us to solve car rental issue. Supermarket is 5 min away with best products available. This is super base to explore Faial island.
Located in a quiet area, walking distance to city centre. Parking on the street in front of the property. Easy to self check in, the owner gave all necessary instructions in advance. Common kitchen downstairs available for the use, well equipped.
Our room was on the ground floor, with a veranda and a superb view of the yacht mole and Pico. The area is quiet and safe. The room was serviced every day and fresh towels provided. Breakfast was good - fresh fruit and juice, cornflakes, yoghourt, ham, cheese, hard boiled eggs and fresh rolls, a griller to toast your cheese and ham roll. There were tea infusions and many ways of making an excellent cup of coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful..
It's a great flat very near the centre, you can easily walk to the marina. The place is spacious and has a private parking which was great. Sarah is a super great host and helped us with everything. Check in was really easy. The place was clean and light up. Just next to the beach of Pim. The place is modern and refurbished. We also had some coffee pods there which was great and washing machine pods as well which was handy. A great place to stay if you are in Horta.
Lots of space, especially the “indoor patio” is nice. Loved the decor and furniture, very comfy and modern. Good location, very close to the ferry and a little away from the city center so it was quiet at night, but still possible to walk to the city center/Marina in 20 minutes.
The host was very nice and helpful and very Quick to answer when We had a question.
The washing machine and outdoor drying area was really nice. Helped us travel light :-)
