Excellent accommodation! The room was spacious, high ceiling, beautiful wooden floor. Bed was really big and comfortable. Perfect cleanliness. It was a little bit noisy from the street, but it's the center. Great location. We really liked it.

We were able to check in early and parking the hire car was easy - lots of parking.
We were welcomed by Filipe who is super helpful and friendly. He provided lots of advice during our stay on places to eat and things to do.
Our garden room was very modern, clean and quiet. The area around the apartments is a green and quiet oasis of calm. The outdoor dining area and pool are perfect places to relax when you get back from exploring the island.
We will definitely be coming back :-)

It was the best guest house we stayed in the island, very clean, great bed and a very convenient location. The breakfast was also nice including the ability to use the kitchen including coffee and tea available all day.

Absolutely magnificent place which exceeded all expectations. Very beautiful historical house with exquisite vintage interiors. As if you are transported back in time. At the same time very stylish, modern room with all amenities. The level of service is simply magnificent, not in every 5-star hotel you will find such a level. Very polite, friendly staff. The owner is simply delightful and hospitable. The best breakfasts in the world! I will definitely come back!
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Location is great if you tent to travel with car. Only 15-20mins to the Ponta Delgada depending which road you use but all are so scenic. Also there are so many hiking options around hotel, also swimming in the sea but bring non slip shoes for the stones. The hotel itself is beautiful designed. Quiet were it has to be and even bathtub in room! Spa is small but effective....and there is a pillow menu!! Staff very attentive ;)

15 minutes from Ponta Delgada and airport by car 10 minutes from big supermarket.
The location was nice, with a good view from the hotel towards the sea on one side, and the hilly landscape on the other. It was almost mid way along the Northern coast, which made the sightseeing easy. Although there was no beach nearby, and you really needed a car to see the sites, the roads were quiet, (better than UK roads(!) and well signposted. I’d recommend a sat nav though. Island maps can only be obtained at the airport, from the Tourism office.
