big clean room with big window letting plenty of light in, view of trees in the background, comfortable bed, nice big hot shower, very quiet very good soundproofing. The room was very warm- good heating. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, good quality coffee. play area for children outside, plenty of parking spaces, we didn't use spa facilities but it did look nice and will try next time. Note no lift so pls request ground floor if you struggle with stairs.
