Excellent value for money. Villa has everything you need from a hotel in this price range/standard: spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, great bathroom, accommodating staff, very tasty breakfast, comfortable parking space, amazing outdoor garden area.
Best accommodation in the area. They do everything perfectly well. They also pay attention to details: towels smelled really well, TV was easily usable (actually, not a standard), shampoo and body wash was provided (great quality), everything extremely clean (also not a santadrd)
Also, as a bonus, they sell beer from local brewery (Raciborskie), try it out!

It was very close to the football stadium, where i had appointment, so it was great. Few minutes from the city. Despite staff does not speak english, they are very friendly and translate with google :D

It's very clean, beds are really comfortable, big shower cabin. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Lots of space for parking and nice surroundings. A playground for kids. A little grocery shop in the same building. However, I would never booked it for the weekend if I saw outside pictures :)
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Very clean and modern looking (which can be a problem with properties in Raciborz), fantastic location - next to the city centre but far enough so that you won't get woken up at night by people on the streets.
The location is great, very quiet and close to nature on the one hand but also close to shopping facilities and a big outdoor swimming pool.
Everything is new, the apartments are really well furnished and everything is taken care of, you only need to bring food.
There is also fitness equipment in the well-kept garden, a nice terrace to sit or sunbathe and the whole property is well secured with locked gates.
The location is perfect and easy access to the city center and old town. The WC and room are clean and well maintained. You will get all required facilities but don't come with high expectations of comfort. The room is suitable mainly for travellers.
Used for temporary accommodation by our son whilst waiting to move nto his new apartment in Raciborz. Clean, comfortable and well equiped. Quiet location just off the the rynek.
